• If the platform decides to stop its services permanently or disable inactive accounts for long periods as part of the system management policy. In the case of planned termination (not related to a user violation), we will make an effort to inform you in advance via the registered means of contact.

When the account is terminated by us, you will be notified of the method of termination and its reason (unless the reason is related to a legal procedure that prevents disclosure). The platform does not bear any responsibility for any loss of data or information that may occur as a result of canceling the account; therefore, it is advised to keep backup copies of any important content you have uploaded. If the termination is due to a violation by you, the platform is not obligated to refund any fees or entitlements you have paid (if any), and any paid balance or subscription is considered null as we will explain in the cancellation and refund section.

The local laws and regulations in the country of service operation or the country of the company owning the platform are the governing ones in the event of any legal dispute arising. In the case of any dispute or claim arising from these terms or related to your use of the **"Bazar 963"** platform, the competent Syrian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate that dispute. Despite this, we encourage trying to solve any dispute through amicable methods and via direct communication with our team before resorting to the judiciary. In many cases, we may be able to settle the issue quickly and satisfactorily for all parties if we are notified of it early.

If you are using this platform in the capacity of a consumer in a country whose laws impose a different jurisdiction (such as some small disputes being the jurisdiction of alternative dispute resolution bodies or local consumer protection bodies), you may have some additional options that do not detract from the jurisdiction mentioned above. Also, nothing in this agreement prevents us from seeking to obtain precautionary judicial orders (such as a judicial order to prevent the infringement of a right) at any court with appropriate jurisdiction.

Note: In the event that there is a need to resort to arbitration or mediation as an alternative means for settling the dispute, this can be discussed with the consent of all concerned parties. However, the origin is the jurisdiction of the judicial courts as mentioned above unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional Terms for Paid Services (Paid Version)

Currently, the **"Bazar 963"** application provides all its services completely for free as mentioned above. However, optional paid features or services may be introduced in the future for users wishing for more advantages. The following terms apply to any paid services activated in the future, in addition to all the general terms mentioned above which remain applicable to those services.

All these services are completely optional, and no paid service will be activated except at the express request of the user and after completing the payment process successfully. The continuity of free services will not be affected by the inclusion of paid services, and users will still be able to benefit from the basic platform without paying fees. But in case you wish to benefit from any paid feature in the future, your use of it means your agreement to its own additional terms as explained below.
